Well it seems I have found something that I love doing that I can honestly say I never had any real interest in before today. It has come to my attention that I not only have a decent knack for but also very much enjoy macro photography. Up until now I have always focused on the big picture and never taken the time to army crawl across my neighbors front law attempting to capture the beauty of a dragonfly resting on a blade of grass. Yes that right I actually spent the better part of 30 minutes army crawling my way around my neighbors front law trying to get a decent shot of a dragon fly no bigger then 2 inches long without pissing him off an

So finally I get some inspiration to go out and do some photography work but due to bad weather all of those trips got cancelled. Two weeks on the weather has finally stop dumping water everywhere and the worst happens.... my inspiration is no where to be found. The most inspirational thing I have been able to come out with all week is a pic of a fly sitting on the table in my back yard. Oh ya and touching up some not bad pics I had sitting around from a trip to the animal farm with the kids a couple years ago. Alright who the heck thought getting up so darn early in the morning was a good idea. For some reason my kids decided to wake me up just after 7am. OH did I mention I have to work tonight at 6pm and a 12 hour night shift. That and I was hoping to go out today and do a couple photo shoots before work but it's raining and all grey outside and that's not exactly what I had in mind for todays pics. On a good note I got some more editing done on my photos from Haiti as well as posted some pictures I took on my trip to Greenland earlier in the year.
